This year, our colleagues became graduates of the DC Link Group Academy, a professional development program we implemented in partnership with MIM – International Institute of Management.
Since February, participants have been studying in the Financial Management and Marketing Management programs. Over the past six months, there has been plenty of learning and new experience: practical assignments, discussions, problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and an opportunity to look at familiar work situations from a new perspective.
In August, our DC Link colleagues successfully passed their final exams and received their certificates. Along with the certificates, they gained new knowledge, practical tools, and approaches that can now be applied in their daily work, helping them find new solutions and tackle professional challenges with greater confidence.
