Features of the OPPO Watch smartwatch: ECG function, eSIM support and fast charge
The Chinese company OPPO has released the official announcement of the gadget OPPO Watch - the first “smart” watch.
The novelty has a touch AMOLED screen with a pixel density of 326 PPI (dots per inch). The gadget supports 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.
Buyers will be available 41 mm and 46 mm modifications. The watch is placed in an aluminum case, in the side of which there are two control buttons. The device has a sealed design: it is not afraid of diving under water to a depth of 50 m.
Built-in sensors of the novelty allow you to track a wide range of indicators of the user's physical activity. For example, changes in heart rate are measured and an electrocardiogram (ECG) is recorded. The gadget is also able to track the quality of sleep.
From the point of view of the hardware component, there is a bunch of Snapdragon Wear 2500 chip and Apollo 3 coprocessor. The software platform is the Android-based ColorOS Watch. The watch has eSIM support. This means that users will be able to connect to mobile networks.
The gadget implements Watch VOOC Flash Charging fast charging technology: it takes only 17 minutes to charge up to 50% of the capacity, and a complete replenishment of energy is carried out in 75 minutes.
The OPPO Watch is priced at $ 215 for the 41 mm version and $ 290 for the 46 mm model.
