According to Min-Chi Kuo, one should soon expect a MacBook with a “scissors” keyboard mechanism
Apple plans to soon introduce new scissors-switched keyboards, namely the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.
As a well-known analyst at TF International Securities, Ming-Chi Kuo, predicts in an analytic note for investors, Apple’s new scissor keyboards will appear in the second quarter of 2020.
Due to an unreliable butterfly keyboard, Apple was forced to release last year a 16-inch MacBook Pro with a more familiar Magic Keyboard, which many loved for scissor switching. Apparently, the company took into account the sad experience of past years and will return the proven keyboard mechanism to new models.
